Our policy lasts 30 days. There is no money refund for SCHO jewelry but only an exchange under specific circumstances. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it/them. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

SCHO jewelry will cover 50% of the shipping fee as store credit. We require one to use local postal service for all the shipments.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
